More crowd-pleasing announcements were deployed last week to keep the #BAM13 hype train cruising smoothly towards June 9th. For starters, here’s a swag of newly-confirmed games which will receive tournament support at Australia’s biggest FGC event:
The BAM11 Indiecade is back for it’s second year in a row! Come check out some of these indie titles and chat to the developers first hand about your experience!
GOATi Entertainment
Featuring their game “22 Racing Series”, GOATi entertainment joins us for BAM11. Described as “Wipeout, meets Gran Turismo, meets Starcraft, meets Monopoly” 22 Racing Series is a high speed physics based strategy racer like you’ve never played before! Come by their booth throughout the weekend to give them game a shot and be greeted by certainly the most unique racer you will play this year.
Creating music for several fantastic games such as Orwell, This is the Police and most recently Wargroove, Boss Battle Records is coming games in hand to BAM11 for a fantastic weekend of tunes and games. Showcasing one the latest games from developer Chucklefish (makers of fantastic indies such as Stardew Valley, Starbound and Timespinners) Wargroove promises tactical co-op battles for up to 4 players, robust customisation tools, and of course, top tier music. Make sure to take a breather from your intense tournament matches and come check out Boss Battle Records’ booth at BAM11.
This year at BAM10, there’s more than ever for you to do, even if you only enter the event with a Spectator pass! It’s only $20 for the whole weekend available online or at the door. While only Competitor Passes can play in our hosted tournaments and casual areas, here is the list of fantastic activity on offer at BAM10.

We are happy to announce the BAM10 Indiecade! Experience awesome new games from indie developers X-Joy, Bit Dragon and Teepee Studios
Bit Dragon is showcasing Hyper Jam, an 80’s bright neon brawler with intense multiplayer action of weapons and perks.
TeePee Studios and their game Dimensions VS, a free-to-play platform style fighting game akin to Smash Brothers with a diverse cast and familiar control scheme. Check out the awesome BAM inspired skins!
XJoy will be bringing Dashblitz, a fast paced multiplayer game inspired by classic platformers and go head to head at break neck speeds.

Battle Arena Melbourne 10 is the biggest fighting game tournament, and a growing gaming convention. We are very excited to add the CouchWarriors Indiecade to our 10th anniversary event. This is an opportunity for Indie game developers to showcase upcoming games to hundreds of BAM10 attendees.
